The staff are very friendly and nice! The only problem is that they don’t have elevators. So elderly people may have a problem going upstairs (2floors).

Do not book. Worse customer service, very rude. We booked for one night but the amount of disrespect and lies is unforgettable. The worst night ever! The electricity goes on and off a lot. They charge crazy amounts of every little thing, the receptionist is the worst. We always travel around and have so much experience with so many hotels, here in turkey alone, we tried more than 15 hotels and nothing was this bad. I won’t exaggerate but everything was bad. The food is bad, very oily and tasteless, the service is bad, I’m extremely disappointed, very unprofessional and rude.

It was amazing residence at Mavi Botuiq Hotel ,staff are friendly especially Islahan &Deniz.Excellent breakfast and lunch.Quiet place to relax and enjoy in-front of the sea.
