Centara Convention Centre Udon Thani

Check in was easy, staff is very professional, ideal location with big rooms. The rooms are starting to show their age a bit and probably in need of a refresh. The bed was comfortable and it is attached to the biggest mall in the region which is nice. I would stay again.

Fully renovated hotel and feel like home. Junior Suite room is spacious with bathtub. Super comfy bed. Full spa service. Great fitness facilities with outdoor swimming pool. Great value 4 star hotel in Udonthani for Business Leisure. Variety choices of breakfast. Thai, western and local food. Always stay here when visit Udonthani

This was our 2nd visit in 7 months. Unfortunately, it was disappointing this time. The staff and service were excellent. However, the rooms are tired and dated. The WiFi is poor at best. The smart TVs are stupid and have a rubbish channel selection with almost zero English options. The bathrooms are poorly lit, have no exhaust fan, and the water temperature is difficult to control. The location is great, but the car parking is extremely limited and a pain. The breakfast options were not as great or varied as last time. The staff were lovely and apologetic, but the hotel needs some serious upgrades, and we will not stay here next time. It simply isn't worth the money.

1st time staying in this hotel, room on 12 floor are big, clean and very comfortable. Shopping mall just steps away. Will be staying in the same hotel again if im travelling back to Udon Thani again.
