Sol Rio - Ucon

Been here many times, but this was the last time. First off , the tortillas came out in paper not the normal tortilla dish that keeps them moist and warm. The tortillas were luke warm for my fajitas and the last one was hard. I had to ask for more. The Ultimate Margaritas were the worst we have ever had there. I think they used the mix ' instead of the made the same as in mexico they advertise. Not worth $7.50 at all. A shot of tequila would have been better followed by some lime juice in a glass. To top it all off I accidentally left my iPhone on the table and drove off. We returned ten minutes later and it was gone. The waitress dint see it when she cleared the table so I thought, Oh know; the garbage can . After searching the booth area and my car twice and even asking the waitress to empty her apron and purse, it was time to go through the garbage. OMG. It wasn 't there. We sat back down in the booth trying to think. Then all of a sudden the waitress came up to us and said she found my iPhone in the bathroom. BUT, I NEVER WENT TO THE BATHROOM. I NEVER LEFT THE TABLE. I will never again trust there food or service again.

This place is so good. Every time we have eaten here we have had wonderful food. There hasn't be anything that we haven't liked. And the salsa is to die for!

I just Got serious food poisoning from this place on 10-21-10!

My fiance and I ate at Sol Rio for the second time ever in October 2009. My food hadn't even digested before we had to leave in a hurry. I spent 2 days throwing up uncontrollably. It has been almost a month since our visit and this past weekend I went to the ER. The ER doctor said that this type of food poisoning usually lasts 2 to 3 days tops. I am still throwing up and cannot even keep down the anti nausea meds they prescribed me at the ER. I will be seeing a gastro intestinal doctor tomorrow because I cannot get over this. I have lost 20 lbs and can't even get out of bed to function. BEWARE!

Rude staff, cold microwaved food, and filthy dining room floors.
