Mcdonald's - Ucon

Whatever happened with their change in staff has impacted my willingness to order here. Staff lacks care and integrity and food accuracy and quality has changed for the worse.

If I could leave less stars I would, worst McDonald's in Idaho Falls. Longest waits even with minimal customers, workers walking around aimlessly, both food and drinks are never ready in any sort of timely manner. If I wanted sit down restaurant time, I would go to a sit down restaurant.

Horrible fries are old and my Hamburger tastes like left over reheated garbage, come on guys, I just got off of work and nothing else is open this late. I hope this McDonald's does something about there food

Usually food is decent, but even when it’s not busy there is still quite a wait.

Over rated and not worth going anymore. They make value style burgers and charge premium prices for them. McDonald’s please realize you are a popular great value product and not a 5 Guys in any way.
