The Tattooed Beaver - Ucluelet

I would like to start this review by mentioning that we were in a hurry the day we dined at this restaurant, so it may not have been the ideal way to fully experience it.

Toshi Ryoriten is a charming high-end Japanese restaurant that focuses on providing top-notch quality.

I have visited this restaurant four times in the past month and I absolutely adore it. I have come for lunch twice and dinner twice.

Read about this restaurant on Trip Advisor, and found the reviews to be very accurate. Unique place and tasty food, although the menu is limited. There are only about four chairs in the restaurant, so it is more suited to take out. We had the fried chicken and the pulled pork, both very good. The cook/server was also very friendly. But check out the hours and the days it is closed - Ucluelet is a small place and many of its restaurants close early and are closed two days midweek. Also this establishment is CASH ONLY, as are many of the restaurants in Ucluelet.

Amazing food! Served by the coolest, friendliest dude???? You may hear him singing in the kitchen as he prepares your food???????? Best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had, hands down! Yes, check this place out!!
