My husband and I split the fried oyster po' boy (accompanied by outsanding fries...light and crispy), and the salmon special. We started by sharing raw Effingham oysters with a chili tequila sorbet topping and seared tuna taco. Drop into the liquor store next door to pick up a nice cold beer to wash it all down. Eat at the picnic tables surrounded by cool metal sculptures. It all adds up to a dynamite summer dining experience not be missed if you are in Ucluelet.
More than just a food truck! The food, art and people here are fabulous. I tried oysters 3 different ways and they were all excellent!
