The view from our room was absolutely amazing, Blackrock clearly has the view and ambiance nailed here. Worth the stay for a night or two just to see that. The shower in my room was also amazing. I love a good shower and this place definitely nailed it for that. As others have pointed out, the finishing touches in the room were either dated, broken or just not present. One thing that would have been nice for our trip in July would have been AC. The rooms were VERY stuffy in the late afternoon/early evening when we returned. I'd probably stay here again but I'd like to see some other rooms to see if they are a bit more updated or better kept. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic
