Gula Bali - Ubud

I don't make many reviews, but this place deserves more credit. Probably the best value for money from any place I was in Bali. Great atmosphere, very nice staff and beautiful views of the rice paddies. I ordered the most expensive thing on the menu, the Grouper, and it was only 35k!! Absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked with a really nice honey glaze and fresh vegetables.

We were in the area for a few days and tried the various nearby restaurants... this is the best! Great restaurant in a beautiful quiet environment, excellent food, friendly service and cheap also. Our new favorite restaurant in Bali

Nice view of the field. Interesting Petromak lamp and bamboo for indoors. Very good Anggrek collection (but hopefully they change the wall color on white). I love smoke pigs.

Very recommended!! Beautiful food, very inexpensive, stunning views over the rice paddies a beautiful atmosphere. Like one of the other critics said, do a favor to eat here. The restaurant is now called Sambuk Cafe, it is right behind the entrance on the right side. Worth a visit!

Amazing restaurant next to a beautiful rice paddy. Excellent taste, nice view and a very fair price. A bit hard to find and deserted, it definitely deserves more customers.
