The food is consistently delicious and served at the right temperature. The orders are always accurate and punctual. I appreciate the concern you have brought to your work.

This has been our favorite place since we moved to the area a few years ago. Whether it?s dining in or picking up to go. The servers are always amazing. If we?re dining in, the owner or maybe the cook (not sure) comes by our table to make sure everything is good. They have rarely messed up an order. Be it to go or dine in. I love this place.

I ordered wings and fried pickles last night online for a to-go/ pick up order. We didn?t look at the food until we got home(mistake). I got wings with medium sauce......there was NO sauce and the wings looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I called and was told to bring the wings back to them so they could verify they made a mistake and if they had they would redo the order. Well.....I have a toddler that was already eating his dinner and I wasn?t going to pack everything up and drive back at this point. The young kid on the phone said it was their policy to have to see the food and verify they actually made a mistake before redoing an order. At this point we said forget it and put a ton of BBQ sauce on them and they were awful!!! I mean AWFUL! And the pickles were fried in old oil and the outside was hot and the pickle was cold. It was a terrible dinner, I was so disappointed in the food and customer service. They didn?t seem to care AT ALL!

Bad service. We reported the facility before the time, there were about 30 people. They gave us a waitress. Then the orphan sister sat and then took the orders of 3 tables that sat after us. She just came to refresh our drinks because one of our other peeps called her. She was more concerned about the beer. Your answer to no food was. We have people trying to play over the street. Excuse me. We won't be back. And I gave only one star because I can't give zero.
