Taqueria Flor De Taxco - Tyler

Service is ok. The bistek tacos were dry and bland the meat had a lot of nerves you couldn’t chew, the quesabirria tacos were mid. Overall my spouse I were disappointed.

This review is coming from a Southern California guy. This food is the closest thing to what i am used to eating that I have had in Tyler. I have found other spots outside Tyler but they are few and far between. The food is really good and the service was great. I like the small little spots but its not for everyone so it got a 4 star on atmosphere. Would like it if they had one closer to me because i would eat here 3 or 5 times a week. The Al Pastor and Chile Releno were delicious, basically everything i have had from here has been super good.

I ordered the three taco plate , comes with rices and beans. The cilantro and onion are on the side along with grilled onion. So you can build your taco to your liking. I had three different choices of meat; trompo, carnitas, and I believe carne asada. All good choices but the best is the trompo for me. The rice is amazing (reminds me of abuelita 's rice) and beans were ok. The dine in space is small, not great for large groups of 6 or more. I 'd say take out is the best way!Definitely a great place to get some tacos, and if you love aguas frescas, this is the place to go!!Parking: Very limited parking due to it being shared by 3 other businesses.

Great customer service and great food I ordered the Cheese enchiladas with red sauce and a pineapple agua fresca and they both were spot on, this place is truly a hidden gem…

Food was good and very flavorful although the Huarache dough was rather hard, the Torta was delicious and fries were crispy, the Gorditas looked delicious but we didn't get to try them because they ran out, and the salsa was a top 10 best I've had. The staff was friendly, it was super crowded when we went, which caused them to become disorganized, (probably a byproduct of the crazy business hours). The register area was covered with grease on the walls and TV's and they needed to do some cleaning.
