This place has the best eating, remembering the homemade dishes of my grandmother. they are used to choose meat or fish with a lot of veggies on the side, cut off from a maisbrot muffin or roll. it's all delicious. the outside doesn't look too big, but don't let them affect their decision. go in, they won't be disappointed.

The food was fresh and everything was tender. this is one of my new favorite spots! great service!

Great seafood. that was such a tasty bite because it's not something I can find in colorado where I live. the prices were great to a pornstar, two sides, two pieces maisbrot and a glass kool help for $11,50 after controlling. the personal was super friendly and welcoming. the only thing I see is that I will long this for a long time and will not have access to it!

I wish there were more stars. sum is worth driving from dallas for the best house cooked meal. platz has not much view on the outside, but they go through the door and see nothing but smile and welcome. think about Sunday dinners in their favourite family house. that's so good or better. small portions that choose to make nothing old. a load of chicken and pork carving just came out and both were perfect. add some rice w/gravy and green bean and they are done. the place is as glittering as servier staff. all for $10, as I say, worth a trip from dallas. make you like one and eat them here when they are close to or near tyler. the best house cooking in dallas does not compare with sum. I can't wait to go back. we have to go and go down a few blocks to the rosengarten to eat.

I've been seeing their Facebook videos of their daily menu and have been wanting to try it out. I sure am glad I did today because that was probably the best fried fish I've ever had. 3 big pieces with mac n cheese, black eye peas, jalapeno cornbread, and sweet tea was, as kids say it these day, bussin bussin. It was a great price and the staff is very welcoming and friendly too. I will definitely be back.
