Starbucks - Tyler

I returned to the café to explain the mix-up. They asked for my order details again, and one girl spent three minutes reheating my sandwich. Unfortunately, by the time I got it, the bacon was cold and limp. Overall, I left feeling quite unsatisfied. My latte, which was supposed to have an extra shot, was only half full. It’s really disappointing because I used to love Starbucks, but it might be a while before I return to this location, especially since it wasn't even that busy at 10 AM.

The staff was extremely polite and attentive. They have a great variety of coffees and gifts, including Starbucks mugs. The hand-written names are no longer a feature; now, they print your name along with your order. I've included the store hours and a section about the mugs.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would definitely do so. My order was mixed up, even though it was repeated back to me correctly at first, and I ended up being charged for the wrong item. To make matters worse, when I was putting my coffee in the cup holder, the lid popped off, spilling scalding hot coffee all over my center console and my spouse's incorrectly made drink. After pulling over in the Walmart parking lot to clean up the mess, I took a sip of my drink only to discover that it didn’t contain any hazelnut or classic syrup. I will not be returning to this location. The customer service representative at the counter and the barista were both extremely disappointing, which reflects poorly on this establishment.

The service is usually good and prompt, but it can vary depending on the staff member at the counter. Other Starbucks locations in the area tend to provide more consistent service.

This Starbucks is quite satisfactory, but unfortunately, they were out of protein bars. I think the app should have a more current representation of the store's inventory, but I don't blame the location for that.
