Saltgrass Steak House - Tyler

This afternoon we enjoyed a doctoral celebration dinner at Saltgrass Steak House in Tyler, the food, service, and atmosphere was wonderful. Trystan, was our waiter for the night and he was very attentive to each guest order, drinks, and did a GREAT JOB! Thanks Trystan for your outstanding Customer Service and God’s Amazing Speed with the Fire Academy. Sharon Family?

We had a large party so I know you have to have patience. They took forever to take our order and then my steak was not cooked right. I’ve been going to Saltgrass for years and they have never cooked my steak wrong. Of course, I haven’t been going to Tyler. It took 20 minutes to get our check and pay so we could leave. It was really a bad experience and a lot of money was spent.

We had dinner last night. Steaks were cooked to perfection and delicious. Our server Mason was excellent. This our visit to Saltgrass. We will definitely be back soo.

Due to my recent employment here, unfortunately there will be no other reason to go anywhere else. Because why would you settle for less than desirable service when you could have the one and only Mason taking care of your every need. (Within reason of course). SO COME ON DOWN TO SALTGRASS STEAKHOUSE AND HAVE YOUR DINING DREAMS BECOME A REALITY!!!????????

16th bday party. The restaurant accommodated our party of 13. They took the cake and put it in the fridge for us without me having to ask. They brought out the cake after our meal with candles and provided plates- forks- a lighter and a knife. They knew what we needed before we had to ask. Excellent care at this SaltGrass.
