Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Tyler

Love her chicken, the staff is friendly and the drive thru line actually moved quite fast, the entrance is usually locked, but I see that on the day I visited the dining room was open, so the opportunity to enter and order was great. Overall, I love eating here.

The food was good, although asked for 2 cheststroke and got a chest and a leg. And there was only one cookie instead of two. But they were friendly

The toilets are dirty, the kitchen is dirty, there is a strange smell on the way to the restaurant. The cashier didn't stare at me. It's 3.56 for a big drink here yikes I was turned off and didn't order food because they messed up the boys' order before me, so I just got a drink.

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. The new employee seemed completely lost on her first day, as she had no knowledge of the register or the menu. To make matters worse, her trainer simply walked outside for a smoke break, leaving her stranded and unsure of what to do. She asked another employee to fetch the trainer, but he declined after previously being yelled at for doing so. This experience echoes my visits to other locations in Tyler, which all seem to have staff who are indifferent. The management and owners should really be embarrassed about this situation!

I wish I could give no stars the employment at both locations in Tyler is just sad nobody cares at all, no customer service whatsoever. Every time I go to Popeyes they mess up my order…. One time I ordered 2 combos and only got 1! How you miss a whole combo I honestly don’t even want to go to Popeyes anymore because of this and IF I ever go again it will be outside of Tyler. But at this point I just expect the same trashy experience because it seems like the managers don’t care either.
