Panda Express - Tyler

It's totally wrong advertising on their menu say angus black pepper steak plate $9.00 and then they say his premium bark, so it is plus $1.25! not because I sign everything exactly what it is with. so the menu should say $10,25 $9.00 is false advertising!

Dine in. Took FOREVER to order. Not enough staff to handle lunch crowd. Barely any honey glaze on my sesame honey chicken. I asked for a side of honey glaze.....not possible. Cashier was friendly. Cashier had to go to clean off a tray from dining room for my meal. Dining room was dirty. Portions were large. I wanted mixed veggies (menu item). They were out of veggies for the day. Confused because I saw a cooler full of freshly chopped veggies. Disappointing visit.

They are below average in my view compared to other Panda Express location. Nothing special about preparation, portion size is small.

Ah.. so I understand there was a soy sauce shortage at some point, but every time I come there the employees have an attitude AND don’t wanna hand over the soy sauce.. now working in customer service i understand how annoying it can get, trust me I’ve caught an attitude more times than I’d like to admit. However this is each time I’ve been there, seen new faces and they seem to be giving the same annoyed energy which makes me wonder what the manager is doing to ensure your employees are doing okay! Life isn’t easy, and working your life away and not reaping the benefits is enough to put anyone in a sour mood. But I hope whoever is in charge can manage their employees well so that they can work well without their feelings effecting how they work

Went to Panda on a Thursday around 2:00 in the afternoon to get a family meal there wasn't hardly anything in the case, they had orange chicken and a little bit of Shrimp but not very much of any other entre so I took 2 of the orange chicken as far as the rice and noodles they were a little old. But the upside the servers were very upbeat and helpful.
