McDonald's - Tyler

I went around the drive through twice before someone actually took my order... and even though it says open until 12 on the website the inside wasn't open. Ice cream machine was broken as always which I was told by a previous fast food worker that it apparently means the ice cream machine is just being cleaned. Can they not do that in the AM when nobody is getting ice cream? like that was the sole reason I came to the store only posting this review so that hopefully management and corporate can see. I don't blame the staff. they're underpaid and overworked and likely didn't have proper training

Cold and old food served. Opened it when I got home and just through it away. Pathetic.

Very unfriendly staff. They were rude to my friends and I and only gave r us half of our order and some of it wrong. When we asked them politely to give us the rest of what we ordered, they were very rude about it. Uncomfortable environment overall

I would have to say this location is subpar. Everything is normal and it is moving to the newer self order kiosk system so that'll be cool for people who are still behind the times. You can do mobile ordering here which is awesome and just pick it up when you are ready. I've never seen the McRib here but maybe that's just a seasonal thing. Parking at sample and you can easily be in and out.

We ordered a chocolate shake and guess what.......the shake machine broke. Tried to order fish filet.....they outta fish filets.........bruh I pulled off so quick this place hot trash. Improve yo stuff bruh.
