If I could give negative stars, I would. I love eating too bad that I haven't been able to eat in tyler for months. apx a month ago I went through her open doors only to scream at the lobby that is not open. Why were they open? I'll try to go through the drive-thru tonight. saw there for about 5 minutes and said hello only to be immediately informed that I must be patient because they are understaffed, and then, if I wanted to, it would be at least 25 minutes waiting. if they have constantly bad service, I think it's a mix of bad management and store policy, maybe terrible pay for employees or something. I just know I'm not back

Out of slaw, fries The only sides we like. NO lights outside. Almost didn’t find it.

Walk inside the restaurant, the floors are extremely sticky you can hear it tearing from your shoes, windows are disgusting! Walk up to the desk to order and have two employees look at my husband and I four times but keep ignoring us we finally yell to them and ask if they are going to take our order but she walked right in front of us like we didn’t exist. We continue with “excuse me ma’am?” She continues to ignore us the we call out to the other employee and the first employee we first tried to speak with yells “drive through only” and walks away ignoring us….and oh they like to park in two parking spots completely horizontal

Had a horrible experience at this location! I went through the drive-thru and not only were they out of biscuits, they completely messed up my order. Nothing in the bag was what I ordered. The fries were old and stale and greasy.I didn't discover this until I got home. When I attempted to call, the line stayed busy. I will NEVER patronize this business again and I will be calling first thing in the morning to complain.
