This place is awful! The food is subpar, and I can never get my order right. I always order the same item—the ultimate Speck Cheeseburger—but when I receive my food, I like to take pictures for social media. It's a surprise every time I open the bag to find cheap tacos or some other random item that has nothing to do with what I actually ordered. Plus, whatever random items they do give me are always disgusting and cold, to the point where the fat congeals in a way that looks strange. Honestly, I think someone should put an end to this place; the service is just cruel! As for parking, it's a hassle—you have to maneuver around Super 1 to get out.

Won't be back here. Rude employees and cold food. Fries were old and cold. I asked the young lady if she could have them remade and she had an attitude.The car in front of me drove off on the lady working the window probably because of her attitude.

I had the #13 combo with grilled chicken sandwich, curly fries and a medium drink.The fountain drink machine was touch screen, and had many drink choices. I got a vanilla flavored root beer. The whole meal was delivered to my table in a small plastic tray with 4 packets of ketchup. It was all delicious.

The sign clearly states that the dining room is open until 10 PM every night, yet they locked the doors and stopped serving at 8:50. Some of us are unable to use the drive-thru. Very rude service. Rating: 1/5.

The food was excellent and served hot. I went there on a Saturday after attending a funeral. A young Black woman took our order, and she mentioned that she was short-staffed and couldn't take all three of our orders at once. Despite that, when we reached the window, she had all our food ready in a bag. She worked really efficiently and handled everything well. Great job!
