Hey, Egg Roll Express is far from being the prettiest barn on Front Street....but for Chinese-in-a-hurry, this beats waiting in the crowd at Peking's. <br/ <br/ Limited menu makes the choosing easier...and I went with the Beef and Broccoli. It was served pretty quickly, piping hot, and it was as good as any I've had from a Chinese buffet. About $8 covered the whole meal....and I could've saved another buck or two had I not added a soft drink to the deal.<br/ <br/ I'd do this one again. It's probably not the best Chinese in town (still looking) but if you don't want to fight the lunch rush, this is a good option for folks who work downtown.
Best egg roll in town. Like the name implies they have very good egg rolls. Rest of it is run of the mill chinese, but its still all very good, and on the cheap side.
These are the sweetest Chinese people. My fiance ordered from them 1 time. We went just before they closed and they remembered him, what he order the first time he was there and his Name. The funny part is my fiance ins't from here!!!!. Yes they deliver but we like to pop in just to order and say hello. Food is very good. We have never has a problem....Just a Chinese hole in the wall with good food and genuine character.
Don't judge the building or be worried if it's empty-the food's great and the owners couldn't be nicer.
Ok place for Chinese. Been only once, its not bad, but not the Greatest. Its reasonably priced, everything is Fresh, cooked on the spot. The Old guy is funny, friendly, which is not the norm for older asian folks cause they are quiet. <br/ He thought I was Asian, which I'm not, that was funny. Beef Brocolli was good, I've had better fried rice, but over all a good eating experience.. Will try again.<br/ <br/ Oh yeah, the egg roll was good and huge. vegetable I think?
