Absolutely one of the Best chili rellenos in tyler

Stopped here for taco Tuesday and I wasn't disappointed!! Window girl was very friendly and even asked if I would like a free pup cup. My boy and I were both full and happy. Thanks y'all

My husband placed an online order and when I got there I let the young man know and he had me pull around. No biggie. I had a great interaction with him. He was pleasant and told me that my order would be out quickly. I was fine and played a game on my phone while waiting. A young woman is who handed me my food. I asked, to make sure, that the ranch was in there and explained that it had been missed by that location in the past. She said that it should be in the box because the cooks put it in there. So, I asked her to give me a second to check. Instead she said, It 's in there, with a little attitude and turned and walked away from the window, causing the window to close. I sit there for a beat shocked that she did that and asked the young man what her name was. Before he could say anything a manager stepped up and asked me what the problem was. I told her what just happened and told her that it was rude and that I didn 't appreciate the attitude that I was just given and it wasn 't called for. The manager replies, Well you called her a name. I told her that I didn 't in fact call her a name but at that point I wanted to call her a name. If I had had a bad attitude I would totally get it. I was trying to be pleasant, even with the manager, but she even blew me off. I get taking up for you employees, but not if they 're in the wrong. I work customer service, but no matter how annoyed you are you don 't give attitude. She gave attitude for no reason and then lied saying that I called her a name, when I didn 't. Oh, plus this isn 't the first time we 've had attitude given at this location. Not every time but it 's common enough that I hate going there. I would usually drive an extra ten minutes to the other location just to not have to deal with the people there. If the manager can 't even be unbiased, how do you think the employees are going to treat the customers. That 's a good way to go out of business. Finally, the fries were cold and stale, while everything else was hot. They did actually get the ranch in there that time but I don 't think I will be going back there and I will tell everyone that I can not to go to that location. They aren 't worth the attitude of even the manager. I would have given less stars but the food was actually correct and the young man was very nice to talk to.

Food was mediocre but the service was decent and so was the atmosphere.

One of the best hungry busters I have eaten in a long time!
