Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. I didn't have to wait at all to be seated, and the service was outstanding. The food was fantastic; the manager even made the rounds to ensure all guests were satisfied. I enjoyed a refreshing peach tea, and my chicken fried chicken was incredibly juicy. The beans and mac and cheese were absolutely delicious, and the bacon was perfectly crisp. Both the cornbread and biscuits were delightful, and the hash browns were simply amazing. It was a great brunch overall!

The service was attentive, and I had a delicious lunch featuring turkey and dressing, cranberry sauce, roasted turkey breast, rolls, and cornbread. This meal really put me in the mood for the last Thursday of November. I'll definitely make a stop on my way back to NRH, TX, to try one of their breakfast dishes.

I had the biscuits and gravy, but unfortunately, the biscuits were undercooked and had a doughy texture, while the gravy lacked flavor. Given that this is the South, I expected better when it comes to biscuits and gravy. On the other hand, my wife enjoyed the chicken tenders, which were delicious. The service, however, was excellent.

Had Thanksgiving dinner at Cracker Barrel in Tyler Tx. Great food and fantastic server. She made us feel like we were in her home!

It's really 1 star for food . 3 out of the 4 ppl w/ me felt weird after we ate there. But 2 of us got SICK pretty much food poisoned 20-30 min after we ate there. We both got flushed, stomach discomfort we're nausea for a good 24hrs. Very disappointed. But 5 stars for staff environment of the location. Staff was nice store part was very nice. Chefs need to be trained to handle or cook food properly. Sadly I will not return again this was my first there.
