Subway - Twinsburg

The staff was welcoming and worked quickly. It was a smooth experience.

The restaurant was spotless inside, and I barely had to wait in line during the lunch hour when I arrived. The staff was very friendly as well.

I frequently stop by this Subway for lunch, and I always find the food to be fresh and delicious. However, the staff tends to be a bit moody and unfriendly. On one occasion, I went in for an early lunch, and the employee glanced at me and muttered irritably that it would take a while because she had a lengthy phone instruction to handle. Despite this experience, I still consider it a solid restaurant and plan to keep visiting.

This is by far the worst Subway I've ever been to! They are rarely open. I’ve been experiencing issues with their hours for months. I finally spoke to an employee last week, who informed me that they're only open until 4 PM IF they have staff available. Today, at 1 PM, all the lights were on, the fans were running, but the doors were locked again. I saw five other cars pull in expecting to find the same situation. It would be better for everyone if you just closed your doors for good, so people can stop wasting their time, money, and gas trying to support your business. It’s clear that you don't care about how this reflects on you in the public eye!

I arrived at this location at 7:30 for breakfast, but the doors were locked. The sign outside clearly indicated that they were open, and the hours stated they opened at 7 AM. It was quite frustrating to waste 5 minutes trying both doors.
