Wilmot Riverside Inn - TWIN LAKES

This local hangout in the neighborhood offers weekly specials on both food and drinks. It is popular among locals, especially during the summer when outdoor seating is available. The bartenders are friendly, adding to the cozy, community atmosphere of the place.

Staff was great. We went for a short visit. We had nice time. The popcorn was very good. The food looks very good. I will try that next time. Check it out.

During our drive from Rockford to Kenosha, we took a scenic route and made a few detours. We happened upon Wilmer Riverside and decided to eat there. Since we had our dog with us, the pet-friendly outdoor dining area was perfect. The spacious picnic tables provided plenty of room for people and pets to enjoy their meals while also allowing for interaction with other guests and their dogs. The rustic interior of the restaurant added to its charm, and its location next to the river was beautiful. They have a full bar, delicious burgers, and a nice selection of beers. We tried the 1/4 lb Burger and the Patty Melt, both of which were very good. We had the opportunity to meet some friendly people and their dogs during our visit. While Wilmer Riverside may not be located on the main road, it is definitely worth the drive into the countryside to experience it.

The food and service were excellent. They have options for those who are gluten-free. It's affordable and we really enjoyed the ambiance and history of the place. We will definitely be coming back.

Okay.. Small town America for the win! Just had an amazing burger, crispy fries, cold delicious cocktail and great customer service. I appreciate the time and attention to my husband and I. We were waited on with love and all the small town feels. We can't wait to come back
