The Smokey Bone Bbq-twin - Twin Falls

As a former ex chef of 16+ years the quality of this barbecue place needs dramatic improvement. As the kitchen needs cleaned extremely badly literally can see black grease and mold behind the dishwasher. They are constantly out of stock of items, and they do not have anyone older than 21 to serve alchohol. When I came in and quite frankly when I do order my food it's either dry, bland or doesn't taste anything like barbecue.The wood smoke is way to overpowering, you can literally taste the apple wood char on the BBQ, which from experience is NOT a pleasant BBQ experience.Brisket is constantly dry, or way too fatty. The cuts on the brisket are a pencil thick slice for 20$ and a half a pound?Sides are 4$ for an 8oz cup?I can get the same meal at a different restaurant for less.Ribs are constantly dry, the membrane I have to remove myself everytime I order otherwise it tastes like charred applewood rubber.The pulled pork is saturated in salt, fat, and my wife and I got sick which was the last time we ever ordered from this place.Let it also be known that the owner was charged with attempting to solicit a minor with vulgar messages, as I have the documented proof of this, as the female was an ex worker for their establishment here.They also deem it necessary that the owners and management collect tips from the tip pool. Which is against fair labor, and federal laws.I wouldn't waste a dime on this place anymore.

This is the worst bbq ever; the pulled pork tasted like it was just boiled no flavor at all the, cowboy beans are refried beans from a can with ham added, the potato salad tasted like it was made with miracle whip. I will never come here again.Food: 1/5

My husband and I have had Smokey Bone before and it was really good. Today it was super disappointing. Mac cheese and the pulled pork were both super dry and the bacon in the cabbage was super gummy. They have a good menu but their execution is not good.Food: 2/5

Ordered pulled pork sandwich…bread was real soggy almost s as if they threw it together… also ordered a hamburger.. no flavor.. truly disappointed.. cashier that worked on the 8-12-2022 was rude and unprofessional… and you pay so much money.. and are disappointed by food and service…Food: 2/5

This was my second time ordering from this establishment. We were hesitant because the first time we had a similar experience, but this time was worse. We ordered two burgers, drinks, and some fries. After waiting 20 minutes we were called up and told they were out of fries. So we had to pick different sides and had to wait another 20. After this, our friend had mentioned the same thing happened to him and his family a few days prior, after ordering they were told they were out of fries. Driest hamburger we have ever had, did not contain any condiments at all. Went up to ask for mayo, there was at least six employees, and that was even a wait. We will not be back.
