Rolberto's Mexican Food - Twin Falls

I am giving five stars based on two burritos on two different trips. I am from Texas these are huge! The first burrito was Carne Asada. It was gigantic and solid diced beef with pico de gallo and cilantro. That's it no fillers and two meals size. The second burrito was breakfast just and bacon and at least 4 eggs same huge with large chunks of bacon! The picture is 3 4 eaton.

The Torta was way sub-par, but the shrimp tacos were magical. Magical enough to still give a 5 star rating.

I just ate the #21 smothered burrito. My whole body almost went numb for a second and I kinda thought I might die. The endorphin rush I experienced was comparable to hard drugs. I only added a little bit of hot sauce and still wouldn't have described it as particularly spicy. 10/10. I might need a nap now but it was worth it.

For Fast Mexican their flavors were amazingly on point. The steamed tortilla balanced the chili Verde with the rice and beans bringing everything together wonderfully. Excellent authentic Mexican experience. The no sugar added sodas are tasty too.

This restaurant makes burritos so big you should be required to have a license to carry one. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and it was enough food for three people to eat. The tortillas were delicious. I would guess they are made fresh, in-house. I suffered the notorious burrito blowout before I could finish this behemoth but it wasn’t the burritos fault. I was just gripping it too tightly as I consumed the cheesy beany goodness. They have a nice little salsa bar for dine in customers. A pleasant surprise to satisfy my burrito cravings as I passed through Twin Falls.
