Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Twin Falls

Five stars! I absolutely love this place with all its delightful aromas. The DQ in Burley won't accommodate my requests, even when I'm willing to pay extra. However, Nick at the register here didn't hesitate to help out. That’s what I call perfect customer service. This is definitely our go-to spot when we’re in the area!

The service was disappointing. The staff was rude and unwilling to assist us, and the manager was on break and did not want to be disturbed.

The ordering process was filled with confusion and mishaps. At one point, I gave him a gift card, and he told me there was $4.55 on it. I allowed him to use it, but he returned to inform me that it was rejected because there was no "jelly" on the card. After some back and forth, I asked how that could be when he had just said there was $4.55 available. I inquired, "Did you already use part of it?" to which he replied, "Yes." Alright then. Eventually, they began bringing out our orders. The first two Bloomin' dishes were correct, but then there was an issue with the third item. The Blizzard I ordered was supposed to be a small, but they made a mini instead, so they had to correct that. Furthermore, I had ordered a chocolate-covered strawberry Blizzard, but they mistakenly brought a chocolate-covered cherry. I asked them to switch it to chocolate-covered strawberry and stepped aside to let the long line of cars move along. My 12-year-old couldn’t help but giggle through each confusing moment. Given this experience, I'm not sure I will visit this Dairy Queen again.

The chicken court deal with gravy is by far the best on the menu! it is our destination.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Worst service, couldn't even get our order right. Next time I'll just make the drive to the one on Blue lakes the service makes up the difference of distance.
