Chili's Grill - Twin Falls

The rest of the staff was similarly young and inexperienced, and they weren't very friendly either. We had to wait a long time for someone to come to our table to take our drink order, despite the restaurant being almost empty, and the service was just mediocre. Additionally, the tables and chairs were rough and sticky, and there were food crumbs on the floor. Overall, this visit was far from enjoyable, and I've noticed that my previous visits also had subpar service. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Would not recommend ordering anything through door dash they will charge you for your food but not bring it. It is quite a hassle to get your money back as well if you do. Chilis should drop their service before this directs on them.

If I could give negative stars I would. What an absolute horrid experience. No a.c. and the waitress was high on something. Never even entered our order after acting like a space cadet.Manager was useless and no help at all. Finally getting up and walking out. Boooooooo ??????will never eat at this chain restaurant again. Horrible place.

I ordered the Big Mouth Bites and the burgers were a bit burnt on the sides but mostly it was ok. The fries are pretty good.

Love Chili’s new ordering system. The staff now have tablets with them so they don’t need to go back into the kitchen more then needed and they can place your order right then and there. I hope it is easing the stress for everyone. Food is always good and I’ve never had to send anything back in the 5 plus years that I’ve been going to that particular location
