Starbucks - Twentynine Palms

Sept 24, 2023 around 1pm I was having an incredibly rough day and the kind gentleman at the window register made it better. I didn't get his name but he had an incredibly gentle demeanor and just went above and beyond what is expected from a worker in the customer service industry. I hope he gets a raise. Lovely smile, and a well kept beard with dark brown curly hair. He seriously brightened my day an brightened my hope for humanity. A massive thank you to him.

Cool new Starbucks but it seriously smells like human feces at the front door. I sat next to the front door to work on my laptop and the smell would waft in each time the door opened : . I lived in San Francisco, so I know the smell like the back of my hand [barf]. I agree with the previous review that they are heavy handed with the ice my grande iced latte was still filled halfway w ice even though I had asked for light ice). Food: 4
