Service is very much ca pain twice they have over charged and no one seems to know what white meat means.
The manager needs some deep training in customer service, she had no name tag on so a detailed description would be Short, Fat and Rude (kinda makes u wonder who's doing the hiring)
Incredibly disappointing.We ordered one big mac, one quarter pounder with no pickles or mustard, and two chicken salt shaker salt fries, one small and one medium. After waiting a while (10mins) and got the food. In the bag there was only the quarter pounder (no big mac) and it had pickles and mustard, even though I asked for it without it. The fries had no chicken salt or shaker bag, and we're standard. This was bad enough, but the staff were rude about it and didn't apologize. They had no shaker bags or chicken salt, and didn't give us our money back for the extra we paid for the chicken salt fries. It's only $1, but it's plain rude for them not to. Considering mcdonald's usually has good service, this is very disappointing.
Honestly, this was my best experience at a McDonald's! I'm not usually one to pay close attention to details, but it was clear how well the employees and manager worked together, and how polite they were with customers. The girl at the register was incredibly friendly and patient. Even though it was busy, I received my food quickly and it was fresh, along with a nice cold drink (unlike other McDonald's locations that serve lukewarm fries and flat, melted drinks). My drink was handed to me with another smile. This definitely exceeded my expectations, and I will be coming here more often!
