If you want to enjoy the pleasant view and atmosphere of a campsite, then this is the place for you. Beautiful tiered cafe on the banks of the Tmaka. The good location justifies the high human traffic. But that's probably all. The menu is good, wide, but the quality of cooking is mediocre. You may get a fresh and quite tolerable dish today, and next week you may end up with cold, or even worse spoiled ingredients in your food. Service, as many write, leaves much to be desired. The waiters may come up in half an hour and not come at all while you try to catch them to make an order. The interior of the establishment is quite aesthetic and pleasant, but they do not follow its cleaning at all. The furniture is stained, some kind of waste often lies on the floor of the terrace. Tables are sticky. The impression that the institution was left to live its own life, they say, will do, because the view from the window terrace is cool, why look somewhere else.

Didn't like the place. I heard a lot about him, but my expectations were not justified at all. On the plus side, most of the dishes came out quickly. But hot girls were brought immediately, and mine was brought when the friends were already eating dessert. And they brought it only after a reminder. The waiter did not even hide, she said that she forgot to take out the dish. Burrata is delicious, lemonade is good. The casserole is very dry, I did not like it at all. Fatty potatoes with chanterelles, one oil. For the price, I would have liked better food. In the end, we were still waiting for a divorce for a tip from the waitress. The bill was brought immediately, we put a large bill. But the money did not come within 10 minutes. Apparently so that we got tired of waiting and left, leaving the change for a tip. We really were in a hurry, we had to leave the money. But completely undeserved.

08/05/2023 visited this place, namely the family cafe Prichal. Celebrated a birthday. What can I say, a complete disappointment with the food. We ordered avocado and tomato salad, eggplant salad, pork kebab, lula, battered fish, khachapuri. There are no words for salads, they have not seen the worst preparation. Chopped avocados, tomatoes and slept on top with dry seaweed, apparently a coffee spoon of olive oil from the dressing (I hope, not cheap vegetable oil), eggplant salad is also a disappointment, Chopped cucumbers, eggplants, apparently in advance, very fried in advance, which have already become sour and lost crispy crust, and a bunch of cilantro was thrown on top, without even chopping. Lyulya is smelly, just meat, apparently we felt this smell, because there were no seasonings, not even cilantro in minced meat, that is, they just made sausages from stinky minced meat and cooked them on the grill. Well, the kebab was made from meat, apparently carbonate, dry, tasteless. More or less khachapuri, but if it had been spoiled, it would have been the last straw! Territory. Baby carriages have to be dragged by hand up the stairs, no paths are provided for this. Some repair excavations are being carried out on the territory, moreover, there is no fence. Everything is unfinished. Plus, the sofas are dirty, and between the pillows there is dried and withered food. Playground. An asphalt penny, on which there are some kind of rocker and slide, a ladder. Complete disappointment. Too bad you can't add photos to this site.

Worst service I've ever seen in Tver. We waited for the menu for 15 minutes, unsuccessfully pressing the button to call the waiter. We made an order and waited another 15 minutes at an empty table for a beer. Appetizers for beer were brought after salads, and the ordered fries were not brought at all. But included in the bill. The food is ordinary, the prices for salads are too high, but otherwise like everywhere else. If you want to spend time waiting for the order and catching the waiters, then the Pier is the very thing. The only plus of the institution is the beautiful territory. I do not advise!
