This location is the perfect example nothing is a “chore”, they are truly delighted to “serve” you and help. Best of all they do it with a smile. Starbucks for me is a last resort. Peet’s itself has some phenomenal coffee, yet a different customer experience overall.
Peet's Tustin location is on point in all and every aspect. The employees are diligent and polite, the service was swift. And the coffee is smooth tasting with some kick!!!!

Over Starbucks Peets always comes thru with some great coffee options. And Great Customer Service.
It's a coffee shop with good coffee. I'm not expecting or wanting anything beyond that expectation.
