Valley Grill - Tuscola

We called an hour before closing on a Saturday night to place an order, only to be told that they were out of fries. After discussing with our group, we called back directly, but were informed that they had already turned off the grill.

It was a poor business decision to call an hour before closing on a Saturday night, only to be told they were no longer serving. They claimed they had already started cleaning and closing the grill. Turning customers away like that is never good for business. They have lost my patronage for good.

We waited 30 minutes for our food to arrive, but when it did, it was cold. We ordered a chicken strip basket, a double cheeseburger, and our friend had a similar experience with their patty melt. We expect cold food from fast food places like McDonald's, but not from a sit-down restaurant.

The owners and staff there are super friendly, and the food is fantastic! And when you go in there it feels like family! Love that place!! The outside patui is just as amazing as the inside plenty of space and lots of great laughs I have had in there! Keep up the awesomely amazing work!
