When I said I ordered vanilla, the worker said we only have vanilla. It was for my son who was allergic to chocolate. Needless to say, I ate it, but had another stop in Chick-fil-A for vanilla ice cream.
The burgers were not hot and were a little dry... the rolls were definitely not warm or roasted! The fries were hot, maybe check their drinks before they serve them. It was after 11:00.
The employees were torn and torn in front. Chili from Frost. Almost wouldn't give me a refund because I used the app. Most drinks were out. Staff and managers complained about me and asked for a refund open, as I dined inside.
Tonight the card reader was downstairs, they were made of spicy nuggets and their machine that carbonate drinks was downstairs. This situation of Wendy is briefly occupied and could use a better management. The food I received, however, was enjoyable and pleasant.
Worst experience ever with a Wendy's or a fast food restaurant!!!! at the 15th Street Wendy's location in Tuscaloosa, AL, went through the drive thru for breakfast today, 1/19/2023. Ordered 1 lg. tea with 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet; two croissants with ONLY egg. Cost $7.34. Got my food and drove to work. Settled at my desk to put my money away first in my billfold and then eat. I had handed the Wendy's employee a $20 bill. Got back $8.00. I realized when she handed me my change (all bills) at the window, that she just ignored the .34 cents. Fine. But she shorted me $5.00 stole it!!!! Then I could not eat my croissants because the egg in each one was like the plastic egg used with toy kitchen sets for kids or nutrition education. I called. More than once. Each time I explained what I found, they hung up on me!!!! Haven't decided what to do next. Not sure I'll accomplish much by going by. I cannot find who owns this store. NEVER will go to Wendy's again!!!!!!!
