Pho Town - Tuscaloosa

Great!!! I had the Bun Bo Hue a sharp bovine noodle soup. The noodles were large and soft, the beef was nice a tender, the broth was FULL of taste. You can choose from a medium or xtra large bowl and it comes with a lateral bowl of green to add. My 9-year-old who was hesitant to get something went for something familiar and got a pork stable with delicious roasted rice and two sunny eggs on his head, but also ended on the plate. My husband ordered the Pho Tau Nam/Beef Noodle Soup, which had thinner soft noodles with medium rare steak and well made brisket in it. Your milk teas are a must. Plus: They offer military discount.

Finally! A place to get pho in Tuscaloosa!!! Beef noodle soup with everything in it was delicious! Also for you plant eater, the vegetables and tofu Pho is delicious. It was worth the people who complained about waiting!

Very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. I ordered the clear noodle soup with chicken, added my vegetables and spices and it was perfect!

We really liked it. That was only my second time that I had eaten Vietnamese food (the last time was over 15 years ago), so I am not familiar with him, but I ordered the beef tonnpot, it was very delicious. Service was fast and we were having dinner in an hour. I definitely want to go back.

Food was really good. The Crispy noodles with veggies I ordered were delicious. My friends were quite happy with their pho and rice dishes. Service took a bit too long considering there weren't too many people eating, but staff was quite nice. Not the prettiest restaurant or well designed layout, but if you want decent Vietnamese in Tuscaloosa, it's a good option.
