Takes forever to have your food ready and sometimes doesn't even give you your complete order. Honestly not worth the time. Really disappointing, I really loved their orange creamsicles too.
Sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes and they didn’t take my order and this was an hour before they closed
They are slow and I got the wrong order when I checked my bag as i got back to the hospital. Don't think I will return to this location again
I ordered from this location on DoorDash and waited over an hour before I finally contacted customer service. When the agent called the restaurant to check on the order, Arby’s said they didn’t have the items. I waited over an hour for literally nothing even though they confirmed the order on DoorDash
This is my second trip in two days. I came last night and was so impressed that I came back today to see if it was a fluke. It seems that THIS Arby's is turning over a new leaf. I came through the drive-thru and the cashier was very pleasant. clear, and understandable. When I arrived at the pickup window, my order was properly handed to me by a very pleasant employee. The food was good and warm. The quantity was very appealing (full container of fry's). For a $1 charitable donation, I was offered a free slider on my next visit. Now it seems that this should be the type service any business should provide. But, it's not. This was the first time in a LONG time that I received this type of well welcomed service. Hats off to the Arby's on McFarland Blvd in Tuscaloosa, AL. I hope they keep this new face lift. It will definitely encourage my return visit many times over.
