Arby's - Tuscaloosa

They weren't as busy as last Sunday, but my sandwich didn't seem to order it, a few minutes old and unorderly. my medium sized pfeffer was mostly water. I didn't drink until I hit the bypass, not a typical visit, but disappointing.

Still out of paper towels in both bathrooms a half hour after I told the cashier. I ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich. It had too much mayo and dry bread. Our other orders were ok.

Clean bathroom but customer service was horrible. The girl taking orders refused to acknowledge me. She took everyone’s order but when it was my turn to order the order screen said no orders and still never said a word to me. Needless to say we will not be back to this arbys.

Food was ok. The issue I had was that management did nothing about the prrson walking from table to table, staring at the customers, then asking them for food. It really made for an environment where people did not feel safe.

The service was not good at all we was waiting on the receipt and the lady was getting confused some how they didn’t ask if I wanted any sauce and my sandwich had no lie 3 slices of extremely thick roast beef on it!!
