Oh my gosh, the manager is incredibly friendly! I absolutely love this Wendy's. I had chili, beans, and chicken nuggets, and I shared them with my husband.

The staff at this restaurant are very honest. My brother forgot his phone, and we managed to get it back. The food was well-prepared, fresh, and our order was spot on.

The manager and staff truly go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied! After a long 10-hour workday, I had to get new tires for my car and didn’t have a way to use the drive-thru. Feeling starving, I noticed a sign indicating that the dining area was closed. I decided to call in, and the manager kindly permitted me to place my order. Thank you for your exceptional service!

If you plan to close the dining room every morning until noon, perhaps you should consider finding another job. This is not a good business practice. We support your establishment, and we deserve better treatment in return. Best regards.

At 8:30 a.m., I encountered the supervisor, manager, or owner outside, smoking and chatting with a friend. I inquired if they were open, and he replied, "No, not until 10 a.m." This seemed absurd to me. He offered to serve me, but honestly, who turns away customers at 8:30 and then proceeds to smoke and socialize while saying they're closed? I’ve decided I will never visit another Wendy's again; I consider this lost business for good. Any establishment, especially in the food service industry, that can't pause their smoke break to attend to customers has lost my support. Just for the record, it’s now 10 minutes later, and I can still see him standing outside, socializing.
