I visited the restaurant today, September 17th, around 2:30 PM, and I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. This is the second time that it has happened to me. She engages in conversation and distracts you, but fails to provide your receipt. It's frustrating because I miss out on points for rewards because of this. I won't be returning as long as she's working there. I can't help but feel like she might be keeping the receipts to scan for free food.
I've visited this restaurant several times, and each time I've been greeted by friendly and polite staff. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a good scent and generally clean surroundings. The standout feature, however, is the food; their sandwiches are among the best I've ever tasted. It may take a few tries to discover which sandwich suits your taste best, but I highly recommend the honey bacon club or the classic Italian—they never disappoint. Their soups are also exceptional, especially when served in a bread bowl, and rank among the best from any chain restaurant. I definitely recommend this particular location for anyone who hasn't been to a Quiznos in a while.
The sandwich I ordered was mediocre. I had a turkey and bacon sandwich, but I wasn't thrilled to find that the bacon was crumbled. Additionally, I was let down by the fact that they were out of pepperoncini. I also wish they offered roast beef as an option; I'm not really a fan of steak sandwiches, which was their alternative suggestion.
