Latif's By Pedretti - Turlock

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, it felt like stepping back in time. However, I was disappointed to learn that it has changed ownership. Unfortunately, they now close early and no longer serve dinner. I used to enjoy coming here for dinner and watching an elderly couple who had been frequenting the restaurant for decades. The menu has been completely overhauled, with some old favorites removed. It seems that the new owners always believe they know best and can't resist making changes. It's a shame they couldn't just leave well enough alone.

The food was amazing! Our waitress was excellent as well. Definitely worth a visit.

The biscuits and gravy are amazing!!! The biscuits are so soft and the gravy is delicious. If you're looking for a good meal and a great place to eat it at than this is the place for you.

Latif's is a standard in Turlock. Their pies are yummy and the food is wholesome. They have Mimosa's that sound delicious. I will have to go back just to try one. The service was good and friendly.

I had that Patty Melt with a side salad it was very good. I liked the Vibe of the place, glad they are open for dine in, when so few restaurants are.
