Burger King - Turlock

Nobody was there when we arrived at the window. It was only 11:30 and the hours online said they were open until 12. Saw people working inside but they all ignored us. Called and no one answered. Really lame.

Gotta good night time cook, he makes sure orders are on point. Very paticular about his grill. I appreciate a good worker when i see one.

Worst customer service ever the employees were so awful and made us feel so uncomfortable we had to get up and leave!!! They got our order wrong and didn't want to let us explain what was wrong and wouldn't make us the correct orders because they said we asked for the burgers they gave us when in reality they gave us someone else's burgers and just didn't want to make us new fresh ones again. I'll never go here again and the ladies working there yesterday should be fired!!

The burger king was by far the best one I've visited I'm from Fresno and we were just passing through to Oakland and we arrived during closing but the drive thru was open but we couldn't go through the drive thru because our one ton wasn't going to fit so Yara this beautiful so nice and helpful unlocked the doors told us to come in and sit down and order I couldn't believe how sweet and helpful her and a male co worker were she was like an angel at the right moment appeared due to our hellish day so I wanted to thank her for doing what she did she doesn't realize what an impact that made on our day she deserves a raise she is so professional humble and a down right good person if only her boss could have seen her last night they'd be so proud to have her working for them honestly with a worker like that I wouldn't want to lose her

Really rude. Told us she did not have to serve us. Waited 20 mins. For two whopper jr. Meals. Not enough staff working.
