Burger King - Turku

The garbage bin was overflowing and the dining area appeared to have been neglected all evening. Sure, you have the option to drink unlimited amounts, but at what expense? Additionally, the burger seemed to have been assembled with too much pressure, which is a common issue with fast food joints. I couldn't help but question whether the hard-working staff receive any positive feedback, given the chaotic and bustling atmosphere of the place.

Burger King is conveniently located in the city center, inside the Hansa Mall. I have visited this restaurant a few times with my friend and have not encountered any issues so far. I have a lactose intolerance which means I can't have milk or cheese with lactose, but all my previous orders have been correct without any problems. Our previous experiences have been excellent, with quick service and delicious food. The staff is friendly and we have had no complaints so far.

Do not EVER order ANYTHING from this Burgerking as delivery. Every single time, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME, they forget at least one item!!!! Be it just the sodas, or even a big part of your order! It's easier to complain to them, if you just walk there and order. Never use wolt or foodora, better yet, never use this restaurant.

We ordered this two long chicken meal for 10 euros. The chicken sandwich is fairly good because its freshly cooked. However the french fries that comes with it is disappointingly cold. Perhaps the staff threw the old cook fries to asian customers like me : I havent had a chance to ask for an exchange as my order is to go.

The Long Chicken sandwiches were small and so dry! The amount of mayo was less than a tea spoon and the chicken was so bland. Nothing special! I wouldn't go there again... About 5 years ago BK used to be great but now...
