Kensho - Turin

We had the tasting menu and accompanying wine flight, which was all first class. 7 courses plus dessert plus lots of little amuse-bouches. Not cheap but we felt €350 for two fair. You need to book as the place was very busy.

Exstraemly pleasant and nice. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Excellent. The wine was a good match and also different,not usual. Pinot noir with the salmon was amasing. The sushi was tastefull and nice…..and the desert-bomb……very very good. Thank you Kensho.

Excellent food very wanted , according to me ratio quality price not excellent

Per chi è stato in Giappone e ha apprezzato la sua cucina, è difficile trovare qualcosa che si avvicini veramente a quella tradizione. Questo ristorante è un bel tentativo (forse il più riuscito tra quelli provati al di fuori della terra del Sol Levante) di avvicinarsi alla vera cultura culinaria giapponese, almeno per quanto riguarda il sushi... per il resto non c'è speranza. L'ambiente è elegante e i prezzi sono medi-alti.
