Przekaż informację zwrotnąI think the Brigantino is one of the best restaurants I've ever tried in my city (Turin). Level Gourmet fish cuisine that stands out for fantasy and originality. The surprising thing is, we didn't find one dish that was less up to others. We felt pampered in a welcoming environment thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. The price is suitable for the level. We look forward to returning to try other dishes and we will definitely do it.
Restaurant not very large, about 20 covers, located near Bernini square. The room is very minimal, quiet and clean. The staff is of a professionalism and courtesy that rarely lie around. The quality of the products and the refinement of the dishes is equal, if not superior, to many star restaurants. Prior to the main courses, level entry is served. In my case we have served a tartelleta of salted butter filled with a piece of caramelized onion, a roasted anchovies with an endiluja cream, a pastellate shrimp flavored with paprika and a sort of mousse. All ECCETIONAL. A unique combination of flavors. As an appetizer I opted for a salad of squid and scampi served with a potato cream while as according to the octopus in bittersweet; the tiramisu of the uncle as dessert. All prepared as a rule of art, a succession of unique flavors that amazes. I haven't eaten so well for years. The wine card is well supplied and the holder can give the right advice. I'd like to spend 2 more words for dessert; Uncle's tiramisu. The ingredients are similar to the original ones but with some small variation... A level dish that concludes a level dinner. Congratulations again.
We stayed at dinner last night and, crossed the door, started one of the greatest culinary experiences I've ever had. The restaurant inside is well-kept, elegant and welcoming; the linear and essential mise en place are well-married with the context. The menu is very interesting but we opted for the fancy tasting menu proposed by the chef, with 5 courses and the matching of 5 wines. Thanks to this proposal we could experiment and evaluate the skill of chef Giuseppe Di Natale. A journey characterized by flavors, shapes, colors and combinations that have, in all courses, enhanced the raw materials cooked. A very positive and of great added value, is the presence of the chef and the closure of some dishes directly at the table, without removing anything at the service, decidedly professional, attentive and with perfect timing. The young age of the chef emphasizes even more his skill and incredible hand. Congratulations; we will definitely return very soon. PS We went in the company of our four-legged friend and also for him was reserved welcome and availability.
Exceptional. Creativity, unique flavors, presentation of dishes, impeccable service. Fish cuisine in a gourmet restaurant that I would define the best among those tried in Turin in recent years. Trust the chef and opt for the tasting menu, with great surprises from appetizers to first, second and desserts. Traminer is also excellent. They forgot to remove packaging before preparing and serving food. We were able to peel plastic packaging off shredded potatoes. They did not exclude those dishes from the bill
