Mcdonald's - Tupelo

The restaurant was bustling with activity, but the food was excellent. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the mix-up at the pickup window. I received the wrong order twice and had to show my receipt to prove which meal was mine.

The food was tasty, served hot, and delivered quickly. However, the large fries were only half full, which reflects a noticeable lack of effort or at least indifference from the staff.

I ordered two simple double cheeseburgers. One had all the toppings, while the other just had bacon on it. I didn't really mind the bacon, but still.

Customer service was terrible. First, the interior was closed, which is understandable since the pandemic, but they could at least set a sign for visitors who might not know. Secondly, the employee who worked the drive was rude and had an attitude. Also the second employee in the second pick-up window had headphones in and did not recognize our gifts, so naturally they forgot something with the order, but he could not hear me or simply not interested. The only reason they have a second star is because the food was fresh and hot. Don't plan to come back.

Got my correct food, but kids at window playing was more concerned about what they doing for the weekend and who works instead of the customers
