Natural Spring Chinese Restaurant

I got to eat there before two nights, ended up with food poisoning and explode from both ends. 0/10, rings on fire

A group of us visited docurry Chinese resturant in august. we arrived at 17.30 a.m., ordered at 18 a.m. and don't eat until 7.15 a.m. that was average when you looked at the price. we even had the joy of seeing a waitress at the place.

The service here was appalling must say it was down to only ONE waitress doing table service, phone orders walk in orders so not her fault. The food was very average, the steamed dim sims were the worst we’ve ever eaten. It took...2hrs to finally get our main meals yet we were only one of 4 tables in the restaurant. The food when it did come out was very average, was oily the rice cold.

I'm a local and have dined at this restaurant several times, but no more ! The food can be quite tastey and good value, but they are very understaffed.We were seated and not given a drink menu nor food menu until we asked(after 40 minutes)...Orders were finally taken after an hour. After 2 hours and NO FOOD one of our group visited the kitchen stating that the 10 of us would be walking out in 5 minutes if still no food.arrived. Action but food was hastily prepared and below what was the usual quality. Others had received their food while we waited, including many takeaways and a group of compatriots who were served after only several minutes. The waitress was apologetic but it was not her fault that they were understaffed with only 1 chef and 1 waitress.

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Tuncurry so we chose to celebrate my 70th Birthday there, there were 25 guests and we chose to have the $16 Banquet from the menu, the food was excellent and plentiful and some was taken home, reasonably priced...drinks and everyone had a great night, some of the guests had never been before but have been back again since, the staff at this family owned and run restaurant made it an easy and enjoyable night
