Tony Roma's Tumon Royal Orchid

Made a reservation for 8PM for dinner. Got there and after parking in a Baghdad bomb-hole parking lot, walked by the windows and it looked like chaos. The place was half full of people and half full of dirty tables. We got to the door and someone stopped us and told us they were closed. When I told the staff member we we made a reservation he rolled his eyes and then gave me a notepad and asked me to put my name on the wait list. So are you closed or are you not? We just left. I’m not spending money there. Zero stars.

It was too bad that the baby back ribs were too cold.

Food was good, But the service wasn't as good as I thought would be I always had to call the server for a refill on my drink and they hardly checked in on us

Good Food Nice Service Building is so old and Restroom is so scary. I think they need to find more good place

Ribeyes were VERY tough, probably the worst steaks we have ever had. At $40 it was a disappointment. Thankfully they offered to replace them with the Filet Mignon, but those were not any better. So I definitely do not recommend the steaks at this location. Unfortunately we still had to pay for the steaks but they did comp the $10 potato skin appetizer which were not that great either.
