Humo offers dinner and shares the same room with potheads that open for breakfast and lunch. Because my friend chose the guacamole she said was the best she ever had in her travels anywhere. I had the crunchy salad with tortilla topping and it was divine. For the net, my friend chose a non-vegan court and I chose Mole. This was the first time I tried Mole who was a sample of four different Mole Dips/Sauces. A red pepper, a chipotle, a black bean, and I think an olive base. From the two black beans “Blöcke” came in banana leaf and one in wine leaves. It was a taste experience and not unpleasant, but not my usual kind of dish.

Very cool atmosphere in this restaurant. The food was very delicious.

For mains my friend chose a non-vegan dish and I opted for Mole. This was the first time I’ve tried Mole which was a tasting sample of four different Mole dips/sauces. One red pepper based, one chipotle, one black bean, and I think one olive based. Of the two black bean “blocks” one came wrapped in banana leaf and one in vine leaf. It was a taste experience and not unpleasant but not my usual type of dish.

Very cool vibe at this restaurant. Food was very tasty.

I had the cauliflower which was vegan and it was delicious. Nice to swap it up a bit from all of the tacos.
