Uncle Paco's Mexican Grill - Tulsa

My mom was a little surprised and disappointed at first to not be able to order a lime margarita frozen, because their specialty is an orange margarita. But it was really good, and the Hawaiian fajitas with pineapple were great. The portions were large; my mom and I split the fajitas and I had enough leftovers for two more meals. Dietary restrictions: Corn tortillas were better than most. I forgot to ask if they were actually gluten free, but for people who are just sensitive like me, the menu is clear about what comes with flour tortillas and what comes with corn.

They serve this dip for your chips along with your salsa. It's really yummy! The chile relleno was good. Beans and rice tasted fresh.
