Ted's Café Escondido - Tulsa

I have been a regular customer for years, but I am now extremely disappointed with Ted's decision to move to the Bass Pro area. The new location is only about a quarter of the size of the previous one on 71st Street, which was always busy. I don't understand why they would choose to downsize and serve fewer customers. The parking situation is also a nightmare. It's sad to say that Ted's has turned into just a fond memory for me.

I've tried everything on their menu, and my favorites are the steak chimichurri and the Mexican Flag Sampler.

Great food. The salsa is perfect and the margaritas really hit the spot. Service was great!

Had the bottomless soup! It was good. Katie had the spinach quesadillos, not so good, they tried to use every bit of spinach they had in the store on them. Too much spinach and nothing else. No cheese, onions, mushrooms. Just spinach and a grilled tortilla.
