Old School Bagel Cafe - Tulsa

I'll start by saying this - customer service goes a very long way in determining if I'll ever be a repeat customer for any establishment. The food and cold coffee drink were great. The quality of service, however, was terrible. Ordered my bagel hot, wasn't hot. Fiancée ordered a venti, got a grande. Fiancée asked for mustard, got mayo. I asked for a cold coffee drink, was given hot. Told the girl who brought us our order that I asked for a cold coffee drink. Her response? "Well, the ticket said hot." While that may be true, that isn't my fault as a customer. That's a fault of the other girl who failed to take our order correctly in the first place. Also making such a statement to a customer in the event of such a mistake is also unprofessional. And the smug attitude that accompanied her statement also wasn't called for. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Real shame.

YUMMM! They have great bagels and cookies.  My favorite from there is the 5th Avenue bagel sandwich.  VERY tasty, fresh, and a large portion size.  I've had their chai latte and it is good too.  This place is great for breakfast and lunch.  Def. recommend.

Quick service even when there is a line. I love the Cuban and the wasabi bomb. The cookies: the real reason I go there. This mound of chocolate and butter goodness last me three servings!

I have been to this cafe in Stillwater so I was expecting it to be as phenomenal but I had horrible service and horrible food. I will not come back to this location.

It's always a nice morning when you get an old school bagel! The jalapeño everything bagel is amazing! Try the veggie cream cheese. Only complaint is sometimes the quality isn't consistent from day to day, but seeing as how they make everything fresh, it's understandable. Wish the drive thru and parking lot were a lot bigger because traffic is a pain when it spills out on to Peoria.
